By providing your mobile number, you agree that Izzy’s Tires may send you periodic SMS messages containing but not limited to important account service information, updates, and appointments notifications. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by replying Stop.

Program Description

Without limiting the scope of the Izzy’s Tires SMS Mobile Messaging Program, users that opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning service account updates, promotions, transaction notifications and appointment information regarding Izzy’s Tires tire services.

The number of Izzy’s Tires text messages that you may receive will vary. Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received.

To Opt-In

To opt-in to receive SMS messages from Izzy’s Tires SMS Mobile Messaging Program, please follow the instructions provided by the program from which you wish to receive messages. For example, you may be asked to reply in the affirmative in the manner indicated in an initial text message (e.g., Y or Yes).

If you choose to opt in to receive mobile communications (such as SMS or text updates), we will collect your mobile phone number and any related information you provide. No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties. Your mobile information is used solely to communicate with you as requested and is protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

To Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from the Izzy’s Tires SMS Mobile Messaging Program, text STOP to any SMS message that you receive from us. You acknowledge that after opting out, you may then receive one (1) final message from Izzy’s Tires SMS Mobile Messaging Program confirming that you have opted out of the text messaging program. Following such confirmation message, no additional SMS messages will be sent to you unless you re-activate your subscription.
